Our Story

Nexus-Catalyst was born from a simple frustration: every time we started a new AI conversation, we had to repeat ourselves. "I'm a software engineer," "I prefer TypeScript," "Remember that bug we discussed yesterday?"

We realized that AI tools were becoming more powerful, but they were still fundamentally limited by their inability to remember context across sessions. Each conversation was isolated, ephemeral, and disconnected.

When Anthropic announced the Model Context Protocol (MCP), we saw the opportunity to build what we'd been imagining: a universal memory layer for AI. A platform that could give any AI assistant persistent memory, without vendor lock-in or proprietary formats.

Today, Nexus-Catalyst is early and growing, helping developers, writers, researchers, and teams work with AI tools that actually remember who they are and what they're working on.
